You cannot book and paid for a room for someone to check-in if they don't have a physical credit card to run through at front counter for "deposit". Extremely inconvenient for booking room for crews. They don't even offer corporate account direct billing. The only way to use this hotel is if your crew has a physical credit card, even a digital credit card will not work

This property is terrible. The hotel is not well maintained and the rooms don’t look like they do online. The shower is horrible and cheap. There were bugs in our room! The room also wrecked of rotten tomatoes or salsa? We had to open the windows to air the place out. It was so disgusting that we didn’t stay the night. Would not recommend staying her unless you are absolutely desperate!

The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. They insisted the second guest( my partner) should provide their IDs when I had already provided the details online. We eventually provided the ID, but didn’t even look at it. I asked if this was required and they said they have changed the policies- not sure why they haven’t update them on Expedia. Check in process was slow, they processed payment twice. Room payment and damage deposit are paid separately. Sofa seat in room has stains. Bathroom Sink has stain and place is noisy from plane ✈️ taking off or landing. City view is ok

The worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Bathroom light did not work for the first night, horrible management, building is literally falling apart. Shower curtain rod was broken, telephone missing buttons, window frames broken.

When we arrived and first had a look of the room it appeared to be clean. Noticed that cleaning was rushed as there was grim on the bathroom taps and the curtains were stained really bad. The pool and hot tub were great and that area was really clean. The restaurant inside the hotel was not opened on Saturday due to staffing issues and then when we had time to go on Sunday the menu we had looked at was not what they were offering and we ended up going to another restaurant for breakfast. The area was nice and close to different amenities. The first couple of nights the hotel was super busy and loud. Had a hard time falling to sleep Friday and Saturday night. Planes were flying over at all times and you could hear the other guests in the hallways talking at ridiculous hours. Staff were friendly. The room itself was average but I doubt I’ll be staying there ever again.
