Room was very clean. Staff was very helpful checking in. I let them know the TV remote did not work 100 percent when I checked out. Even though the hotel is near the airport the room was quite.

The hot tub is not working? We only booked there as we were hoping to grt a soak in it. The restaurant menu was not what was online. You had to knock on the door to get service at the restaurant bar. The elevator was possessed. The shower had no pressure at all.

The room was good and the staff were friendly. The challenge was we needed a maintenance person for something and asked repeatedly over 3 days and never had one come to our room. We were told multiple times someone would come. Our TV remote did not work and our shower head barely gave out any water. We have had lots of good stays at this hotel but not this one. I also want to mention that the restaurant has changed. It used to be one of our favourite things about staying there. We tried the new one. The person who served us took a very long time to come over and she didn’t know anything about what was behind the bar or on the menu. Hopefully that will improve with experience.

The girl at the front desk upon checkin was beyond rude to me. I have never been treated like that before in my life upon checkin. I won’t be back to the hotel again and I will never recommend it to anyone. The rest of the staff were fabulous but checkin is your first impression and she ruined the whole experience
