Clean room lobby and all other areas are clean swimming pool area looked nice never got a chance to use it but looked amazing again great spot only issue I had was the restaurant I had dinner one night steak sandwich medium rare steak fries one Budweiser and side salad steak was rare sent back same steak came back half medium rare and the other half still rare sent back didn’t eat half of it and billed $40 a restaurant trying to be 5 star was 3star at best and now steak sauce and it needed it trust me flavourless steak

The experience was terrible; everything was very bad. They provided only two 400 ml water bottles for two days for two people, and when I asked for more, I was told I would have to pay for it. The room was not properly cleaned, the shower head was broken, and the quality of the soap was very poor—it caused rashes on my skin.

1/10 Was very disappointed with this last and final stay. The room was not a superior double queen bed facing the city. When I called the receptionist about the room he said its the right room even tho it was facing the back and airport. It was far from superior as the towels were yellow the water would not go hot the room had no floor mats as its winter time. The hot tub had a gross brown film around it and you could use tissue and wipe it off onto the tissue. The house keeper was upset with me because I put my garbage in her garbage bin on her cleaning station. plus i have to clean my room with a broke. broom i borrowed from a staff and also needed to mop and I witnessed the cleaning lady use the bathtub to clean the mop and it was old and dirty no mop pail being used. 4 nights of business for this. I have stayed thee many times before this last stay.
