I made a booking with wotif however when I got there they said the booking was cancelled even though on my end it looked like it was all good. The staff just said I had to book there and then which ended costing me an extra $250 than what I was originally going to pay. (Not sure if this is wotifs fault or the hotel). The stay started with that bad start. The linen was kinda dirty and the aircon was soooooo loud. The staff were friendly.

Ac unit was the loudest thing ever. Touch up service was abysmal, they replaced our towels but didn’t make the beds?? Disappointed with the service. Room itself was clean and the beds were comfy. Our key cards stopped working after 1 night which was extremely frustrating. The parking is limited in the front lot, but there is parking available in the back lot. Was annoying getting in and out. Front desk staff was very kind and understanding. I’d stay here again but only as a last option.

Beautiful bed and pillows, the bathroom is dated and with that not the best showers. This is an airport hotel, so not a lot of walking distance food options. Didnt make a difference for us, we used Skip.
