Stayed there many times, on this occasion our room heat wouldn't shut off, the maintenance man came immediately and re-set it, but still no better so the wonderful front desk staff gave us another room, and an upgrade as well. Super airport shuttle service too!

We were upgraded to kitchen suite. That was nice. The rooms and hallways were very warm. It made it hard to sleep even with air conditioner going. But a good stay.
