I made a booking with wotif however when I got there they said the booking was cancelled even though on my end it looked like it was all good. The staff just said I had to book there and then which ended costing me an extra $250 than what I was originally going to pay. (Not sure if this is wotifs fault or the hotel). The stay started with that bad start. The linen was kinda dirty and the aircon was soooooo loud. The staff were friendly.

Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel—everything was clean, well-maintained, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The only downsides were the sofa bed, which wasn’t very comfortable to sleep on, and the mini fridge, which was a bit too small for our needs. Still, these were minor issues in an otherwise very pleasant experience!

Cleanliness of our room left a bit to be desired. Bathroom fixtures weren't very clean. A blanket was stained and there still crumbs on the floor in the sitting area. For the amount I paid I expected better.
