We had a poolside room which was really awesome! Direct access to the pool was amazing! The room was fairly clean, beds are comfy, and the room had lots of room for 3 of us. Always enjoy our stay here!

Room was a typical hotel room though it seemed a little larger than most. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Water slides were very much enjoyed by our great niece and nephew who were with us for a while on this trip.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times now. We are consistently satisfied and will continue to return. The room was not quite as clean this visit as we are used to. The floor could have used another vacuum and there were marks on top of the bedding. This has not been our usual experience, so perhaps just a lack of attention to detail. Otherwise, the staff were lovely, the pool was fun and it was very quiet at night.

Clean room, underground parking is a plus, although beware, there are steps required to get into the parking garage. This meant that we couldn't use a trolley to bring our luggage in and out.

Last night kids were knocking on doors including ours unsupervised and this morning adults were noisy in the hallway before 8 in the morning The pool was cold, was chilled a chill supervising my child. Check in was awful. I pre booked and pre paid for the room for one night through Expedia. That was all fine. I called ahead to the hotel on the way there, I spoke with one of the two managers on the phone that was working at the time. I asked about the deposits for the room as we did not have our credit card with us. I wanted to ask if we could pay cash instead for it. He told me yes as long as the manager is on then he will be able to take cash for the damage deposits. I said great. When we got there the lady at the front was nice and went back to get the manager however he kept sending her back to us saying no so I asked to talk to him and he made a scene saying that he told me on the phone no he never talked about cash that he said it was 400$ deposite if we used a debit card for the damage deposits which he never mentioned any debit or 400$ on the phone. We argued back and forth because we would have stopped at the bank before getting all the way there with two kids and my self being pregnant, but instead he argued and made a scene in front of 7 other customers is was embarking and he made extra work for my family which would have been avoided. He would not accept cash, we had to leave get everyone packed back in the car and find a bank then come back. He should have apologized and said he was sorry for not explaining better or completely and I wouldn’t have been so upset to have to leave and go to the bank. But instead he was stubborn called us liars, and made a scene.
