The staff was very nice and friendly. However, the food was quite expensive compared to the other restaurants, and not worth the price we paid. The best part of the hotel is that it has a great pool, and kids love spending time there, but as we stayed just for the weekend, it was too crowded. Otherwise, everything else was great! I will surely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room and linens were clean, plumbing worked well, and I’d definitely stay here again. The tile floor showed some signs of aging but nothing too bad. Lots of families with kids, but still wasn’t that noisy. The water slides are a big plus. The restaurants onsite have good food.

Came to Calgary to celebrate a birthday Rooms very spacious in order to have family come. The pool was a hit with grand children. The restaurant was exceptional. The location was very handy.

Nice hotel , room was really hot, even with ac on full blast room never got below 78 degrees. Bad pillows. Super fluffy with slippery pillow cases. Spent all night sweating and fighting with pillows.

The property is dated but was roomy and the bed is comfortable. Due to the waterside feature of the hotel, expect a lot of kids running around in the hotel, so probably not for someone who wanted more quiet atmosphere. The property is fair as a 3 star hotel, however, the most annoying part is lacking the ability to boil hot water to make tea in the room, the only hot water appliance is a Nespresso like machine, why bother supplying tea bags if not providing a jug.
