The staff were so lovely and helpful with our questions and the hotel was beautiful. We had a view of the Calgary Tower from our room which was amazing, and the facilities were great. I will stay here again next time I visit the city!

We booked the river view room and got placed into a City view room instead. After a call to the front desk, they moved us to a river view room and provided us complimentary access to the Delta Pantry which is open 24 hours a day and has snacks and drinks and much more to offer.
