The housekeeping management was not accommodating to guests with chemical sensitivities that trigger asthma, as scented cleaning products and bed linens were used. Credit to the front desk staff member who genuinely tried to assist us and was courteous throughout. Management ultimately chose to issue a refund and suggested we stay elsewhere, which came across as dismissive. With more guest-centered awareness and flexibility, the overall experience and guest appreciation could be improved.

Our room AC was not working upon check-in, Room was 26 above. We Moved rooms at 10pm, and that room’s toilet didn’t work. Just went to bed and checked out early in the am to catch our flight. Then discovered we were overcharged for our room. Next time we will definitely stay elsewhere.

I was able to get an early check in which saved a long wait as I arrived at the Calgary airport at 7:30am. Room was spotless, quiet environment so I was able to have a much needed nap.
