Room not ready at 4 pm, 1st room they gave us smelled and toilet did not flush, bed was hard. 2nd room better, could hear people talking and the smoke alarm beeped all night. We left the room early as we did not enjoy our stay. We have stayed at Clique hotels in the past and this hotel did not live up to that standard. Staff was great tho trying to fix the problems

The elevator definitely is not operating correctly and could use some serious maintenance. Was placed out of order the morning we checked out. The bed was alright, pillows were ok. Rooms were very quiet which was a huge plus, the rooftop hottub was a BLAST! It was cleaned, but looks like it’s in need of a Reno to be up to date.

Though thus hotel is older than some. The room was spotless and comfortable. Lots of bed pillows and a nice selection of toiletries. The staff was friendly and helped arrange the airport shuttle. As you enter the small lobby they offer a large urn filled with ice water infused with lemons, limes & cucumber. A very nice, help yourself touch. They also have a good Italian restaurant at this hotel.

Room was good and staff were nice. The walls are thin and doors closed quite hard. Our immediate neighbor had to have police called due to drunken behavior and a domestic dispute in the middle of the night. Unfortunate circumstance and not due to the fault of the hotel, although the lower rating is due to the thin walls that resulted in hours of disrupted sleep.
