Dirty rooms that smell and look like they have been lived in for years. Super loud, could hear everything. They gave us ear plugs for the jack hammering they were doing?! The pool was under Reno’s. Zero mention of this but a small little cross out on the expedia page below a paragraph that said the pool was included with the stay. They hid it well and the check in lady was ready when I asked if they could do anything for us. She pulled up the expedia page and already had the small cross out highlighted and ready to go. So they know this has been happening. People are unaware of the pool being closed and they aren’t doing anything about it. The reservation is also non refundable. So they know people aren’t seeing that the pool is closed and they are trapping people into a $200 room by not being able to cancel. They did nothing for us with two little kids. Also forgot to mention kids eat free at Denny’s the day we were there. The Denny’s attached to the hotel. So we walked across the street and paid a lot of money for some burgers at A&W. Only thing this place has going for it is the location to HWY1 and stony Trail. If you want quick access off the HWY and nothing else this is the spot. Your car would be better sleep if you don’t have kids. Was not happy at all with sandman and Expedia.
