The hotel is outdated on the inside besides the lobby. Room is old and smells of animas or something. Beds are wait too soft so we all three did not sleep good. Airco /heat is super loud. And near the elevator they have construction. Check in was okay not bad but nothing special. Would not stay here ever again. Mostly of the smell of the place. It isnextt to to the highway towards Banff so that is good and many fast food places near by. Area seemed to us not the best with homeless men looking trough the garbage at the parking area.

The riom was pretty nice. The kitchen was small but Ok for what we have to doo. the bathroom the step to walk in was not fix so every time you get in there we where making noise. The hook agains the door was realy to high, can reach it to hang out the towel.

The stay was good - nice and clean for a “pet” room. The shower dial needed to be fixed or replaced - it was within a tiny fraction if an inch to stay at the right temp and then again finicky to find the off position - not where expected and hot/ cold to get there. The button to move the water from the faucet to the shower head and back down was broken. We felt it was overpriced although we liked the separate “living roon” space. Overall 3+
