Hi Mr Saheed, we at least thought given the aggressive demeaning way you spoke to my wife you would have at least put your name to a review that I am sure everyone will clearly see straight through it. For everyone else's benefit. You booked and paid for a Two (2) bedroom apartment which is clearly advertised as one (1) King Bed and two (2) single beds. Upon entering your room after check-in you contacted reception and asked for the two singles to be made up as a "King", we advised that as the single beds were not designed to be put together (no anchoring zip etc) that we didn't provide that service. In your lovely insistent way you spoke to reception, some king sheets were provided to you but we advised again that we would not put the beds together, if you did that your self you took responsibility. At no time during the initial interaction over the phone requesting bed to be made up, or when Kylie (joint Manager with me) provided you the sheets was anything mentioned about anything not being clean, and no concerns about not being COVID Safe. The next day you contacted reception again in a demeaning and demanding nature, requesting that someone come to rectify the fact that the two single beds were not the same height when pushed together. When you were advised again that the beds are not designed to be pushed together, this is when you went on a verbal rampage against Kylie talking over her and stating (because you couldn't get your way with your demands and aggressive approach) that you wanted to speak to the Manager (which Kylie advised she was) he then threatened the negative review, threatened to "name her", which we are proud of our product so we are happy to have guests know we are a husband & wife Team - Kylie & Dale. Even during this rant about the beds, and us being rude and not wanting to help, you remained strangely silent when we reminded you what you booked (King & Two singles), but continued on with the rant, still nothing about any cleaning issues, and this was the afternoon of your second night stay. For future information which we also tried to tell you, to get an apartment with 2 large beds you would need to book a three bedroom which has a King, Queen & 2 singles. We expect that you wont be back, but given the way you felt it was appropriate to speak to people we are pleased you wont be. We are however confident that people will read your review and this response for the false nature it is.
