Adequate. Curtain hanging off the rod. Smell in room unpleasant. Love seat stained. Bedding was clean and bathroom clean too. People next door to property on backside hanging around. Very strong marijuana smell in back of hotel on backside. Front desk tried to give me a room on upper floor, told him I booked on ground floor and paid extra for that. I had to show my email!

The hotel itself was lovely! It’s unassuming from the outside but the rooms are quite nice! The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, the breakfast was modest but good, and the patio door in the room was perfect for my dog! The ONLY issue I had was that there were a few sketchy looking people walking around the hotel, and I while walking my dog I came across two men doing c*ke around the side of the building

The front desk clerk was away in the bathroom for roughly 10-15 minute when I walked in. There was a line up of 3 of us when he got out. The room was cold and the heat register was only blowing cold air until the following morning when I was checking out. The shower filled the bathtub as the drain was not draining properly. The breakfast was gross to put it lightly.

The property is dirty and rundown. Our room smelled so strongly of cooking odours we thought the waffle maker was burning in the breakfast room. We had to burn a candle just to be able to breathe in our room. No elevator is an issue with the second floor.

Clean & comfortable but could use a renovation.

My husband uses a cane or walker as needed & we were surprised that the room we had reserved via Expedia was on the 2nd floor without an elevator. The room we were given for a $10. increase in price was clean and comfortable but was definitely older than most of the Comfort hotels we’ve stayed at.
