Total disappointment. We stay in alot of nice hotels and we stayed here for convenience for an event at the convention center which is attached to the hotel. The room wasn't clean at all! Dirty bathroom and mirror in bedroom was filthy. Floor still had popcorn on the rug. Rugs and furniture were so worn and outdated. Restaurant was awful. It took 15 minutes for a manager to come to the table to address my food allergies. In the meantime, they put my husband's order in and it came out while the manager hadnt even taken my order yet! He ate alone while i waited for mine 25 minutes later. Totally unacceptable. His hamburger was frozen and he took 3 bites. Breakfast was awful at Sauciety. Food tasted and smelled of old grease. Again took 3 people to finally figure out if their oatmeal was gluten free. One gave me the incorrect answer. By far the worst hotel experience we've ever had.

We had a wonderful experience at our recent stay at the Westin Seaport in Boston! I booked three rooms for our group and from the moment we checked in, we were treated wonderfully. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the property was beautiful and the beds and pillows were some of the most comfy I’ve ever experienced in a hotel! The location was prime, easily walkable to many historic sites and delicious restaurants! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area!
