Some Good, Some Bad

StayPineapple has a "cute-hip" motif that is nice. Bright colors throughout; bar and grill on the first floor. Big problem: I was there on a very cold winter day, and the window was leaking cold air so badly that I had to stuff it with the extra pillows and the extra duvet. Upon letting the guest service supervisor know (not to do something about it right away, but to fix for future guests), he shrugged and said "well, it is a 100-year-old building." There are plenty of 100 year old buildings that don't have freezing air coming in. Also: a Wake-up call I requested for my final morning never came. The alarm on my phone worked, but this request was a backup. Not good. The person who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. This hotel should also be more transparent about the $25/day "amenity service" it charges. I found out about it upon check-in.

Cute ! Courteous staff, quick check-in. Attached restaurant/bar was really nice. The bartender was an absolute pleasure. It's a short walk to Newbury Street (about 17 mins). To piggy back on every other post, the room was super small. No chair just a stool/ottoman thing. You have to sit on the bed or stand I guess. Overall nice perfect for a couple. DO NOT BRING KIDS, not enough space for them to "be". We would definitely stay again.

Such an adorable property. Friendly staff and we even met Dakota the Bernese Mountain Dog puppy who was napping in the front. Seems like a very dog-friendly hotel and I love that you can adopt the plush doggo in the rooms!

The hotel is located in a very accessible area very close to the public garden and the Boston Common as well as many restaurants and places of interest. perfect location! It is a safe area to walk at anytime of the day. I enjoyed my stay very much!

I absolutely loved staying here. Super clean, comfortable, pleasant. And affordable. Upon check in you receive complimentary drink at the bar, non alcoholic too. A complimentary water bottle that is stainless steel and holds water. Super cute. The entrance is so nice, and there was a puppy there to greet us!!! I wish i lived here. Ugh. Fantastic. Will definitely recommend and stay again. I think its my new favorite place to stay in Boston. Near all the restaurants and shops. Already went to Sweeney's to get food and prudential to get truffles!!! Yesssss.

Small room and not worth the price. Not close to downtown and not much around the area. Worst thing is the charge a 29$ per night amenities fee when there's absolutely no amenities in the hotel. Staff wasn't very nice and helpful either.
