Staff were brilliant from the moment we checked in when we left. Very friendly and attentive. Even sorted left when I had my hands full with coffee!. Room OK. Not a great view from piers and was difficult to get warm enough. Bed great and comfy. Shower OK but struggled to get hot water at peak shower time in morning. Staff was courteous and very helpful. Hotel was very clean and bed super comfy. Only downside was hotel undergoing some renovations and we were woken each morning by a hammer drill, no need to set your alarm though. Nice hotel bar with good drinks.

Very clean and friendly staff. We LOVED the sweet little man in the hat that greeted us each day and asked if we needed help with our bags! Was a bit noisy throughout the night but was outside noise, street sweepers, honking cars etc. not hotels fault.
