We were traveling, I had asked if there was a self Laundry room to do our dirty laundry. I was told Yes, We got there and asked where it is. They we were told there was non. I was quite upset. There is only 1 chair in the room and we had 2 adults. 1 had to sit on the bed. I went to use the hand lotion it was empty. I had a handicap room. If I was in a wheelchair I could not get passed the bed and desk. These are some suggestions. I was told years ago this was an upstanding Hotel. Well I think it has gone down the hill from all the people that staird there over the years. I will now update them all that it not as good as it was. The staff was great I will say that. We stay at Hotels all over the United States so I have been a cridit for years. Please excuse some of my spelling., I have had a stroke and my brain is still healing so spelling is not at it best at this moment. Thank you for your time. I just hope this helped.

Overall the hotel is comfortable and clean for the price. Bed size and breakfast can be improved. Double beds are full size in stead of queen size. A bit narrow for two people. Breakfast doesn’t have many options.

The night we arrived we were assigned a room that the bathroom clearly had not been cleaned, other than assigning me a room different than what I reserved. They could not switch the room until the next afternoon because they had a wedding and were 'sold out'. I have to recognize they took ownership and fixed their mistake, which was good, but this has been my worst experience in a Hilton. The toilet had urine stains, shower faucet was dripping in old soap and the entire second floor (which smelled like somwbody had been smoking). I will never rent at this property again.

No breakfast included in the price and very expensive. The iron stained my wife’s white shirt. Beds were comfortable and the swimming pool was nice. The hotel looks old, at least the rooms and bathrooms.
