To The $14.2B recipients of my recent contribution, I paid over $1k for two nights in a room with no view & the following but not limited to: I smelled a foul odor coming from the bathroom only to learn that it’s the shower curtain smelling of Urine, and it must have tracked into the room because the musty carpet had the odor too … Omg! Only 1 cup of coffee pp And in PAPER CUPS?!! What free breakfast?!!!! There wasn’t any breakfast offered! I had to pay for everything. Did not sleep at all cause of the other smell in the room. There seemed to be damage to the heater/ac unit, smelling like it was on fire when the heat was turned on (Massachusetts in the fall - definitely need heat not ac in the room). The shower head and faucet unit moved freely behind the wall in the bathroom, also the temperature plate moved freely like the wheel on Wheel Of Fortune. Real Scary when you’re taking a shower and wondering if the water temperature is going to change mid lather or shampooing!! The weight room’s bench headrests were ripped exposing the inner foam. I have all of this in pics and videos just dying to make it onto My TikTok!! HORRIBLE experience!!! I Expected the Hilton excellence they claim to deliver. The breakfast was very yummy! Loved the option if you didn’t want scrambled eggs you could order a 3 egg omelette of your choice! Wished we got to enjoy the spa, gym, arcade and water park! Will definitely be staying in the near future!!!

Our room was large, clean, safe. The area is very rural which was a pleasant surprise. The front desk provided quick check in complete with warm cookies. The cleaning products provided were excellent. It was 30mins from downtown Salem and I would stay there again if needed.
