My family and I were visiting from Long Island. We didn't get to the area until 9 PM at night. We had a reservation at another hotel nearby. The room was appalling. So much so that I would not let my family stay there. In a pinch, I went to the Double Tree by Hilton Boston North Shore. At the registration desk I was greeted by Wendy who cheerfully worked her magic and found us a great room that accommodated our needs, even though the hotel was just about at capacity. Huge shout out to Wendy! We will be staying here the next time we are in the area!!!!

The lobby and pool area were very nice. Our room was also nice but the whole floor smelled of cigarette smoke. We were only there for 1 night so we did not complain.

I liked the location the most. The staff was friendly but not in tune with providing excellent customer service. Had a room phone that did not work, and I got a blank stare. Had a fridge that did not work and made 2nd request before anyone came up to attend to it. Go to check in and the computers were down. Granted this was not their fault but it was frustrating.

We didn’t spend a ton of time in the rooms but they were clean and beds were pretty comfy, ac worked well, staff was friendly at the desk!

Very affordable for the quality of the room. Not really close to much but at least it’s close to the highway making it decently simple to navigate other areas.

Toilet wouldn't stop running. Took 2 calls to receive assistance. Asked to change rooms, but was told they were booked....seemed rather empty to me. Fix it guy was great once he arrived. Front desk people, not helpful.
