My family had a wonderful time at this hotel. We were able to check in early and loved the pool, sauna was awesome! Hot tub, fabulous gym and really appreciated the lap partition in the pool too. Our room has all we needed for a fun family night too! We were able to sign in to all our favorite streaming stations which is a game changer. It was great to get a good meal right at the in house restaurant too. Next time we might stay longer and try out the indoor water park and game room. Wished we stayed longer!

Check in terrible. Group of 8 20-somthings immediately outside entrance door all smoking. Party going on in lobby, people sitting draped over chairs sounding too loud and obnoxious for entrance lobby. At check in was told ADA parking was full near doors, other ADA parking in back but those doors locked would have to walk around bldg to front. Was allowed to park in front shuttle spot. Got to room 6th floor. In hall in front of door was trash and used razor blade. Didnt dare to enter. Back in lobby i approached a mgr who told menot to worry it was left by maintenance man. Was given different room on 8th floor. Badly stained sofa, furniture tore up, rusted sprinkler, hopefully holes in wallpaper and not mold.Alarm clock docking station broken, Sheets had holes, and bed made LOUD thumping noise when sat on, or moved toward middle. Past midnight when i arrived in 2nd room and needed sleep, wasnt going to change rooms again.

Breakfast was bad didn’t eat anything just the 11 year old and they charged me 20$ and 3 days later charged me 75$ more. The first stay my son got bite marks all over him I tried being fare knowing it’s a business, but now they want to make a big deal because I went outside to smoke. I could send you the pictures from the previous stay. This place is dirty and they didn’t want to help they referred me to Expedia at that time I was refunded and an apology doesn’t remove the bad experience. Both times I stayed everything was closed

Check on speedy , comfortable rooms just next to us playing loud music and was only there for a few hours to sleep to and leave early so sleep was of importance .
