Great affordable place to stay, a short walk to Jetty Road. The J1 bus from the airport stops right by the motel. At the moment there is construction going on next door, so I was awoken at 5 am to heaving drilling and truck noises. This is no fault of the motels but it is something I probably wish I had known about. The rooms are a good size , great bathroom, good shower pressure , however the hot water took a while to heat up. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I really love the location of this property. The front of house staff are ALWAYS so helpful and so friendly as well. It is a great clean and tidy hotel to stay at a great price. However, the family rooms are in dire need of redoing, bathrooms.especially. Cracks and chunks out of the walls that have just been painted over without being properly filled/prepped. Dated facilities. I have stayed at this property on four ocassions, and will definitely stay again, but will request a room on the reception side and not the other rooms, as these roo.s are the dated and rough rooms.

Disappointing

Reception did not inform us of breakfast or lack of breakfast, tv remote did not work, no wi-fi on rooms, no information compendium in room, it took longer to wait for the shower to run hot than it took to have a shower! Only thing in its favour is the location, which is why we chose it.

Room need updating: It was dirty. Curtains are filthy and falling down, curtains didn’t close properly and room faced the road. Tiles have been placed over carpet near door way which is a trip hazard. Wall paneling was coming away from wall. When you turn shower on each time the pipes bang and water temperature is hard to regulate. It certainly wasn’t worth $216 a night.
