The room was quite dusty. There was rust on the lamps. The heating took A LONG time to turn on (around 30 mins) and I had to call reception who instructed me to set the temperature to max 30 degrees for it to work. But, the very worst thing is that there was NO hot water in the shower. I called the reception three times and left voicemail but nobody bothered returning my calls. Having hot water to shower should be the absolute basic necessity of accommodation. I will never ever stay there again.
