Room was clean and comfortable. I couldnt get the ceiling fan to work so it was very hot.Shower and toilet was very clean too. Nice fresh towels. Good value but the band down stairs was playing until midnight. Thank You.

Did not receive conformation email from new owners with code for door, which at time of booking did not know was required. We couldn't get in so had to drive all the way home to South Australia. Would be gr8 to get a refund

I was booked in to stay on 14th and 15th May and arrived at around 3:15pm on the 14th. I had not received a message to give me the access code to the accommodation. The sign near the door clearly stated that bar staff could not provide access so I had to find alternative accommodation. The message with the access code arrived at 6:18 pm on the 15th May so again too late as I had arranged alternative accommodation.
