The location was perfect to the Rocket Arena and downtown restaurants. The check-in clerk was not personable at all. Lobby, hallways and elevator were like saunas. Went to room and the door was ajar. Room was still being cleaned. Walk into cleaning supplies but no cleaning person. She was across the hall so she came back over to finish (very apologetic). Wiped down bathroom quickly. She left and we went in the room to find the room full of hairs in the bathroom, stains on the walls, etc. Took a shower with the hand towel on the bottom of the shower because it wasn’t clean enough. The next morning went to get breakfast that I paid extra for and there was one worker that I saw, a group of people at the host stand, and the place was packed. I knew I was getting anything quickly so I left because we had to get going within the next 1/2 hour. I was not happy with the amount I paid for one night and the way it turned out.
