I reserved a king accessible room for my wife who has trouble walking. When i arrived the said they didn't have any available even though that is what i reserved. Then they proceeded to give us a room on the 4th floor and in the rear and farthest portion of the hotel. Just the worst spot for a person with a wlaking disability.

Excellent stay, only complaint is people smoking right outside the entrances, you have to through them to enter the hotel! Cigarette butts all over the ground!

I would say to management to have the cleaning staff where hair nets because I saw hair on my pillow, shower and sink. Disgusting. Dont waste your time on breakfast it was included in your stay but skip it
