We have been staying at this hotel for years now, the people for the most part are very nice, but the hotel itself is not kept up, it definitely needs some help with maintenance issues, also the cleanliness of the entire hotel (except the breakfast area) REALLY needs improvement.

I will start by saying I’m a relatively light sleeper. My room was on the second floor, right near the stairwell. The door to the second floor from the stairwell slams so anytime that door was used during the night I woke up. The microwave’s display was incredibly bright. There was a large gap under the door with the very well-lit hallway lights shining through. I think I could have read a book with the lights off. I had to put a towel under the door and cover the microwave which I can admit isn’t a huge deal here. I checked in late at night and just wanted to sleep. The thermostat was set to 78 in the room so I had to turn on the A/C and wait before I could sleep. It’s January. Again, not a huge deal but annoying. I was woken up by people on the floor above me briefly arguing at 2:25am. At 3am a massive snowplow began grinding its plow across the pavement in the large parking lot directly across from where my window faced. It had a loud backup beep that I listened to every minute or so for over an hour as they cleared the lot. Although it may not be in the hotel’s control about some of these noises, it is evident that the walls/floors of the building lack adequate sound proofing. The big rust-looking stain in the bathtub right where you’d stand to take a shower was off-putting enough after 3 hours (maybe?) of sleep I decided to just check out and drive home at 7am. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the price was cheap. I didn’t try the breakfast.

I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel . The staff welcomed me warmly and were very kind and professional . Even though I didn’t stay the whole night due to an early flight and didn’t get to try the breakfast, the airport shuttle service was very efficient and fast. Their professionalism made my short stay smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Been here three times now. It will always be my go to when traveling. It’s about 10 minutes from Cleveland airport. I got a massive room for a surprisingly low cost. I keep my car there worry free and they shuttle us back and forth to the airport. It’s super convenient and the staff are very accommodating and kind
