I left my mobile in the uber the reception staff were super helpful and within ten minutes i had my phone back with me and a nice cold bottle of water to drink during what was a very stressful time. I would definitely stay again.

Staff here are amazing! They let us store our luggage and use the pool area until our room was ready! Also they were great at helping with parking etc. rooms are very nicely appointed. Lots of restaurants and a casino too.

A beautiful hotel right in the heart of Auckland. We stayed here for 1 night with our family of 4. Very comfortable & tidy room for us all. We even used the heated pool, spa & sauna. A nice treat after our flight in. Staff were friendly & helpful. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else next time we’re in Auckland!

I booked this hotel for my parents to celebrate their 50th Wedding Anniversary. They were overwhelmed with everything about their stay, from the early room access, the friendly and attentive staff, the beautiful room (and thoughtful gift they received in it), and the food at several of the Sky City restaurants including the buffet breakfast. Thank you for making their stay so memorable.

The people in the next room were so noisy, and had been drinking heaps. My elderly wife and myself felt very unsafe at night, as our room had a connecting door to the noisy room I could not hear the TV at times due to the behavior of the next room. Won't be coming back as the stay was for a special occasion for us both.
