The staff was friendly, my room was clean and well appointed. All of the areas in the hotel looked nice and updated — I would definitely stay here again! This was a stop on our way to NC and its a fantastic place to stop. Very convenient in every aspect. Price was good for everything. Breakfast excellent, restaurant and bar excellent... we had a great time even though, it was just supposed to be a place to sleep on our road trip. Highly highly recommend! Shout-out to all the staff who was super friendly and happy, loved it!

Be sure you understand what you are getting into.

Great hotel, this is probably more of a booking issue with hotels.com. After 2 flights with extreme delays and cancelled flights even before reaching this destination which was not my final stop. I booked a hotel for the night on hotel.com with my only option being the night of the 25th as it was about 1am. When I reached the desk I did not have a room available to me as check in was not till later in the afternoon. I had to pay for the additional night at full rate, not even the hotels.com rate. The girl at the front desk had zero compassion at all for what my day had been and I tried to explain that my only option to book was for July 25 because it was after midnight but I needed a room that night. Long story short, she did not care. Told me to call hotels.com for a refund.

Used this Hotel before flying out of Atlanta the following morning. Great staff and the food was excellent, couple of areas in the room look a little worn (desk as an example), apart from that the room was excellent
