Horrible customer service, rude personnel, the smell of marijuana, and the third floor was quite special. They have a bunch of rooms dedicated for happy ladies to host their guest every night late night.

The property was a great stay for two nights. Me and my six year old stayed here, I felt safe overall honestly. Staff were nice . A restaurant and bar that stays open late night which is convenient (typical wings, burgers and fries). Airport shuttle— call them before you board your flight. We landed then called but they came right away.

Star was very attentive and friendly. The rooms are clean and modern. The only negative I experienced was that one of the queen beds was a little squeaky. Breakfast had a good selection and the staff made sure everything was available and areas stayed clean!

The only thing I liked was the, price, the bed and the breakfast. The cleanliness of the room was not up to par, you could tell the floor hadnt been swept, there was something on the headboard that i wouldnt dare touch, toilet tissue holder was broken and the tall light flickered as if we were in a haunted movie. Day 2 of my stay i checked my room door when leaving and it opened right up by turning the handle. Clerk had to come up and reset my lock, this was super scary because we did not always come in and put on the extra locks and having to check our things to make sure nothing was taken was not fun. We looked for an alternate but could not find anything reasonable or else we wouldve checked out the 1st day. I checked out at 4am and received a text at 9:30 when my flight landed reminding me that checkout time was at 11am.

The property has to be atleast 10 years older than it was in the web site pictures. It was very run down and weathered outside. The hallways and elevators had an unclean odor.

Always a great stay!

We keep coming back because it's conveniently located near the airport, has a shuttle, and allows (paid) parking for our week-long trips out of town. All the renovations over the past few years have improved the facility immensely! The rooms are comfortable, and have everything we need for a break from travel: great beds, microwave, fridge and bathtub for soaking. The staff is cheerful and always helpful, and breakfast has something for everyone. Oh, and did I mention... the price for all this is the most reasonable I've found in Atlanta! Kudos!!
