Needed to be near Atlanta airport for an early flight back to NY. We wanted a hotel with a pool to hang out at for the afternoon so booked this hotel about a month prior to our stay. Upon our arrival we learned the pool was closed for repairs. We received no email notice and no one mentioned it at check in. We also needed to park our rental for about 2 hours until we had to return it and it cost $26 for 2-hours.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate . The grounds are generally well kept but unfortunately people have dumped litter in the wooded walk way.

The fire alarm went off twice on our floor but there was no fire. It was very unpleasant.

The mattress was filthy covered up by sheets. When I went to the front desk they told me they were sold out and no more rooms available. So it caused me to make a pallet on the floor to sleep for night. This was a very uncomfortable and embarrassing situation because I traveled with guess.
