Although it seems like an antiquated building , this hotels is huge and it offers everything you need inside, from bar to dinning to a cafe for your morning cup of Joe, and it’s also a 15 walk to all the main venues

This is the second Hilton property that I have stayed in with issues related to cleanliness. Our room at the Hilton Atlanta had a leaking bathroom faucet that kept dripping all night while we slept. Our toilet had stains in it when we checked in as if it was never cleaned, our rug in the room had a red stain that looked like blood. It was disgusting! I’ve always had a great experience with Hilton but this is the second property that I have been to back to back with extreme disappointment.

Nice Stay Except for the Parking Attendant
I had to stay here for a meeting, and the guys in charge of parking my car we rude. It was obvious they wanted me to know they were in charge. The gentleman who checked us in (a man named Jamie) was very welcoming, and my room was was generally clean, but I could hear the elevator going up and down constantly. It was mildly annoying. As I noted, my students and I were there for a meeting, and the meeting food was not great. Perhaps they ordered the cheapest items on the menu, but the breakfast foods were full of carbs and virtually no protein. That was no good. When we checked out, I paid $55 to park my car for one night, and they told me to make sure I told the parking attendant that I had been charged for the parking. I did exactly that, and the parking attendant would not give me my key until I dug my bill out of bag to prove it. Had I not begged the desk clerk to print my bill, I don't know what would have happened. Perhaps they should teach the parking attendant what the word "hospitality" means?

The room we stayed in was definitely in need of a reconditioning. The hot water didn’t work. So I had to call to the front desk 2 xs before the engineer was notified. To top it off he said they knew the hot water wasn’t working. How inconvenient for me to have to move into another room after we got settled in and was ready to go out. By the time I was moved 5 floors up and had others waiting on me to get dressed it was after midnight. Everything was closing so I didn’t get to enjoy my visit. The I had to pay $35 for parking which they don’t tell you about.
