Lobby restrooms were nasty. Doors are falling apart and they are not clean. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful as was the female bartender. We had a lot of fun with her.

Altogether a Bad Experience

The entire experience was not at all interesting, let alone amazing. First of all we had to wait for more than 1 hr to get checked in because the booking was not reflecting in the hotel system. Then had to call Hotels.com to resolve the same and finally the room allotted to us was the room kept for people with special assistance. It was bad on the part of Hotels.com not to ensure that the booking was in place and provided a smooth check in process. At the property, for the breakfast, there were not enough food on the first day and on the second day, there were no plates or bowls to take any food. And to get a plate or bowl, we had to wait for more than 20 minutes. This happened on 19th Jan 2025. This caused unnecessary delay to get the scheduled meeting.

Stay was suppose to include free breakfast. When i went down to retrieve breakfast the 1st morning i was asked if I'd like to charge breakfast to my room. I chose this hotel so that i didnt have to worry about breakfast. Very disappointed

Very dissatisfied with the quality of the room. Killed 2 roaches, tub didn’t drain, ironing board broken, and the air did not work.

The location of this hotel was why we chose it. The person at the desk was not very helpful or welcoming . I realized my room had no hair dryer and called the front desk. They said they would send one up and never did . The parking situation was terrible. There weren’t enough spots . They had big trailers taking up spots on the side.

Staff was really rude they wake me up at 11:20 pm to check u was in the room, they make me go reception and have my id and check to make sure was me in the room they told it was for security, they told me that the room I was for a employee at 11:20 pm, that room was not for me, also room heater was not working they have to check twice heat never when more that 68f phone not working, the next morning when for breakfast that I pay for on my booking that told me that was not pay I have to to the reception and ask for a voucher I they give me one and the perdí was they told me that it was only for one person and I need enother one for me wife have to again and they told me tell the lady was ok like and she was mad. Really bad experience

Very safe and close to shopping and airport. Only the people walk dog whom don’t clean after dog poop at the parking lot. Watch out or you will step on it.

The staff that I met were very good, particularly the breakfast hostess. She was very attentive and helpful. I tipped her extra. Housekeeping was a problem on this stay. I was in the same room for 7 days. The room was not made up 3 days. I needed an extra set of towels for a few days for a child. That did not happen after a few requests at the front desk. They did have someone bring me an extra set of towels one evening. We ran out of facial tissue. Housekeeping left a box on the bathroom counter rather than putting it in the dispenser. We ran out of hair conditioner (refillable bottle) on the last day. Housekeeping left a dirty towel on the floor of the room rather than picking it up and replacing it. The room needs some work. The bath drain is slow, a window was not in the frame straight and the seal was loose. I'm sorry to leave such a negative review. I know that running a hotel is difficult, but this was an expensive stay for me and it was not what I've come to expect from Hilton.
