First trip to Atlanta staff is very friendly. The parking was a big help. Very helpful and flexible on extending the stay, which was a pleasant surprise. Definitely will visit Atlanta again.

We had to wait about 30 minutes before we could actually get our room due to the fact that one of the receptionist gave our rokm to someone else with the same last name as us. Not sure how that happens but it happen and everyone was confused for a second. Other then that everything was good.

If you just want a roof over your head

There were only two staff members during check-in and check-out, which were inadequate for the scale of the hotel. The staff moves fast but there were always people who have complicated needs, and the line just stopped moving for about 10 minutes. The check-in staff was friendly but did not give necessary information about direction to room or parking. The hand writing of the room number was was hardly legible. The room was overall good. The only issue was about the water temperature, which was not warm even when set to the highest level - similar to a typical hotel pool temperature - bearable but not comfortable.
