The room was not ready at 3 pm like it was supposed to be making us run late for our Valentine's Day Anniversary couples massage. We waited about 40 minutes and it still wasn't really so we took our suitcases back to our car preparing to go our appointment. But when my spouse went back in to ask a question they finally had a room ready. The lady manager was not nice and said they wouldn't do any inconvenience fee reduction claiming it wasn't that much of an inconvenience in her opinion despite us explaining it was our anniversary and on a tight schedule. But fortunately the other desk worker named Jamal was very sympathetic and kind trying to help. The room also had no hot water so that was ridiculous too. But the morning desk attendant was very kind and apologetic.

Cold showers for three days even after mentioning the issue after the first night. Each day after they'd act like they were going to get to it while we were gone all day and then the next morning same cold shower. VERY poor attention to a real concern. When mentioned at the time of departure they acted like adding a few points to our Hilton Rewards account should take care of it. We needed to get on the road so I didn't raise a greater complaint. Hilton and Hampton are normally better than this. I travel enough to know. The loyalty to this brand is gone because of this and no real attempt to compensate. We could have at least been moved but no one there really cared.

Check-in was terrible as far as customer service goes. I checked in late at night and the guy working the desk was pretty much paying attention to everyone else in the lobby. I asked for late check-out and he said ok but found out he never had it annotated it on our reservation for the next morning. He just wasn’t professional or courteous but the room itself was very clean and nice, bed was amazing!!

My room was clean and spacious. There's plenty of parking and staff is always visible. I didn't have breakfast this time. How've, the furniture in the time could use some TLC or upgrading. The remote did not fully work and made the front desk aware of it. The hotel is located in a great place near plenty of restaurants and shopping center. I would consider staying here again and recommend it whether for a short or long stay, business and/or pleasure.

Staff is awesome. First room had no heat, front desk guy came up, checked it out, and went back down, brought up new key cards and moved us across the hall into a room with working heat. Good breakfast, nice, friendly staff all around the place.

My room was pretty clean, housekeeping came by every other day as i requested, Dawn and other front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the property. Breakfast was good on the days I ate. There was ample parking. Plenty of restaurants nearby to either walk to or order from. The noise level was great. We hardly heard the other guests. Unfortunately, they don't have microwaves in the rooms or dressers, but I made it work. The rooms are spacious as well.
