Quick Spring Break Vaca

Our room was spacious and clean; also very quiet. With exception of only 1 operational elevator, it was great. Valet service was also exceptional - very helpful employees.

Nice hotel

Staff was extremely helpful. Only 1 elevator worked from the parking/valet area and we had to wait almost 30 minutes for an open elevator just to get to our room. The ice machine was out the entire time we were there on floor 5 so we had to go to floor 10 every time we needed ice (there were only 2 in the hotel). Overall nice stay I would go back again

Honest review with card info being stolen

While the location of this hotel is great, the rest of it was not that impressive. Check in was confusing as we did not see any signs telling us to check in or park first. We also did not see that it was $60 per night to park our car, that should be added in from the very beginning. When we were there only 1 elevator worked the majority of them time, eventually 2 started to work but it made for slow times. Breakfast was way below what I thought would be served, make sure you get there before 830 because they start cleaning up then and you are left with hardly anything. The hotel has turned into a cash free establishment so when you buy a drink or buy snacks you give the room number. This is a disaster. Our card/room was used for over $300, they never checked to see if who stole our information was actually in our room number. This should absolutely be checked- or scan the card from their room. When we talked to the front desk he said he would fix it, it should have never even been a problem. Then after we called the billing line they let us know it happens “all the time” so maybe you should not use the cashless system if you can not check people’s cards.

Excellent location to downtown attraction. Secure, as all areas were keycard protected. Breakfast selections were great. Our bathroom door did not slide easily at all so it was very loud. Pillows leave a lot to be desired. Breakfast staff would jump in front of me to grab bowls, coffee containers, etc. One of three elevators running which made for over capacity elevator rides and long waits. Fitness area is decent with the basics.

Location, location, location: it was close to many things on the city pass and reasonable for the ones that I had to take a cab to on the city pass. Very clean and modern. Staff was very friendly, no matter whom you spoke to. Free breakfast was very good!

It was a nice hotel for a quick stay. The front desk staff was nice and accomodating. I was grossed out by the comforter, there was mold all over the inside. I liked that it was within walking distance to the aquarium and coca-cola museum.

The front desk staff was excellent. The property is directly across the street from the Georgia Aquarium, along with the World of Coca-Cola and Centennial Olympic Park. Also, the College Football Hall of Fame is about a 3-minute walk away. There are a plethora of dining options within walking distance. We parked our car at check-in and walked everywhere for the two days we were there. The hotel is very nice and clean, and the breakfast was tasty. Every staff member, from housekeeping to valet and dining staff, was excellent. We have already decided this is our go-to hotel in Atlanta from now on.

This place is a bit of a disappointment, for the paid price. It almost felt like I bothered the person at checkin. Other than the fact room that the room was big, furniture was dated, walls had some stains, carpet was coming off in places and there were no slippers or at least a complimentary bottle of water offered. I’ll give some credit to them because they tried making up for this offering drink vouchers and a cookie. But still no water in the room. Breakfast is well below average, with very limited options, no cold cuts, no vegetables. Everything would pass as acceptable for a hostel or a student dorm, not for a $500 before taxes hotel.
