The staff were 50/50 on pleasantness. The day and evening staff were not pleasant and rarely looked up from their phones. We left super early and had 2 young ladies (front desk and valet) who were super nice and friendly and they are the only reason for a decent review.

The lady at the front desk in the morning was the rudest person ever, disregarded me when I asked a question and refused to offer me any help, dont know why she works a customer service job when she clearly doesn’t have any costumer service skills or willingness to want to help. On the other hand viviana which was at the front desk in the afternoon was so nice and helpful too!!! Location is okay if you’re going to the tabernacle for a concert. Room was clean and simple

Excellent experience in downtown Atlanta

The property is very well located in downtown Atlanta, next to a MARTA train station. Our family room was comfortable big enough to accomodate our family (three people). We highly appreciated the breakfast. I would certainly recommend staying there.

This is mine third or fourth time staying at this particular hotel. The most recent time was the worst ever. I was only there for one night for which we did the valet parking as we always done and have done the previous time. We stayed at this particular hotel. Upon receiving a vehicle from the valet personnel upon leaving the hotel, we noticed that there was a significant amount of damage to the front passenger side bumper. When we called it to their attention, we got no help whatsoever. One of the valet drivers. (not the one that parked our returned our car) finally came out to talk to us. He went to get the manager of the hotel who would not even come out to see us or listen to our concern so the valley guy just told us to file a police report. So they are taking no responsibility for the damage on the vehicle at all. My advice is that if you choose to stay in this hotel, do not use valet Park your own car.
