The staff never answered the phone . I placed in a room without a full length mirror, i asked to be moved they provided with a cheap walmart full length mirror. This place is average, stay else where.

I loved the staff! They were fantastic and always helpful! The room was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised to find basically a living room and a bedroom in my suite with two TVs. The bed was so comfortable I could have spent all day laying down for my trip lol. The breakfast the first day I stayed was amazing. But the second day, well I'm not a fan of turkey bacon or egg whites. And I understand that some people aren't a fan of bacon and regular eggs. So it would be great if both were served instead of one or the other. But honestly it wasn't that big of deal to skip breakfast that day. Also their valet service was a lifesaver with it's in and out privileges. All in all a wonderful experience and 10 stars for overall experience!!!

I’ll start with the good. The bed was newer and comfortable as were the pillows. That was the best part. The room and bathroom was too small and cramped. If you sit on the toilet, be careful not to bang your head on the towel rack which is mounted right in the way. Overall, the room felt like a camper with a nice mattress. Breakfast was decent. The elevators felt like riding in a shoebox. Parking was nonexistent unless you want to pay $80 for valet.

Nice place fo an ATLANTA visit

Nice place in the heart of ATL. Courteous and arrentive staff. Great breakfast. The neighborhood is sketchy as Panhandlers can be agressive. Other wise it's a nice place to stay.
