The room was very clean. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant. We stayed for a Company Christmas party and the staff that serviced our party were exceptionally professional and efficient!! I’ve stayed here countless times for staycations! The location is perfect, rooms are clean, but one requirement is that we always have a club room. It’s worth it every time!! It beats Grand Hyatt and any other club room I’ve ever seen. Staff from check in and club level to departure is always kind and helpful.
