We had a very nice stay here! The staff was so nice & friendly, our room was clean & the breakfast was pretty good with multiple options. We felt safe walking to some of the attractions close by as well.

The hotel was fine and the front desk was great. My only complaint is that a hotel shouldn't claim to have an onsite bar/restaurant if it is never open. It was supposed to open at 5 but there was never anyone working. Twice we were told an employee would be right back, but they never materialized.

Upon arrival, we had to ask valet for a trolley, they watched us load it, and when we went inside, we were hassled and rushed by the staff to hurry up to our room so they could have their trolley back stating it was the only one while my husband was still checking in. My 4 year old and I were standing with the trolley looking at the aquarium in the lobby. A woman came up to us rushing us. I politely told her my husband was checking in, and as soon as he got the room key, we would be on our way to unload it. She then sends the security guard to ask if he could take the trolley and I told him the same. He then says he will help us with it and grabs it from me. I told him I didn’t need the help, thanked him for offering, and began to follow my husband to the elevator. He follows us, GRABS IT FROM ME, and we were so uncomfortable and felt so rushed. This was later in the evening, no one else was in line, lobby was almost empty. It was so bizarre. He follows us to our room and aggressively insists on “helping.” We quickly unloaded the trolley in the doorway of the room while he held onto it, and he left. The next day when we went to head out, we saw four trolleys in the lobby. Also, you can’t request valet to bring your vehicle ahead of time, so we had to go out and request our vehicle and wait for it. They only had one person working, so it was chaos to say the least. Road noise was AWFUL. Constant sirens ALL NIGHT.

Recent stay - customer experience

Overall we enjoyed. Beds especially sofa bed need to be upgraded, parking was very pricey and if a service to purchase hot food during evening bar service is offered guest should be accommodated. Also the women tending evening bar services was a bit rude She didn’t want to answer questions as to what was used in certain drinks. But we ignored and didn’t let the ruin our stay.

Nice time in Atlanta, nice hotel

I stayed in Atlanta for two nights. I had never visited Atlanta before but just passed through. I had acquired some hotels.com gift cards through some surveys that I took and got points for, that I redeemed for these gift cards. And this is the hotel that I chose. I have never been disappointed in Hyatt properties. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast food was good. The staff was very nice. They let me keep my bag in their storage room before check-in, and let me keep it there after check-out, as I still had some things to do before going back to the airport. I did not get a chance to go swimming, but it looked like a nice pool.
