The check in was slow. Food and drink options were non existent until after 5pm. Shower head weas broken off the wall and sitting on the bathroom rail. Had the overall feeling of a hotel on the decline.

Overall was good. Staff were great, breakfast was good, airport shuttle was prompt, bed was comfortable! The walls and light switches in the room especially the bathroom were really dirty. Not like stains just dirty that can be wiped off so that tells me the rooms aren’t cleaned very well. And there wasn’t a single hook in the bathroom to hang a towel or even the hand towel.

They charged my card a deposit fee as soon as I checked in. I didn’t question this since most hotels ask for a credit card to keep on file, they just never actually charge it but this hotel did. It has been one week since I checked out of this hotel and I still have not received a refund for the deposit fee. I have called the hotel 3 times and I get excuses like “the money will be credited in a couple of days” or “let us give you a call back because we are too busy right now”. As far as the room, it was ok, I only stayed there for a couple of hours while waiting for my flight home. Bathtub had the piece of metal in the drainage hole unattached by other than that, it was an okay stay. Not too great, not too bad. The disappointment is on the deposit not being refunded in a timely matter, I am still waiting…
