I always chose to stay here one of the nicer hotels near the air my ankle was hurt so the clerk gave me a room with microwave and fridge so i didn't have to walk back and foward i really appreciate that i would recommend this hotel over and over and its in a great location for good food and entertainment and shopping we enjoyed our stay and will be back soon

Don’t stay at four points by Sheraton in Atlanta,
Our room was particularly clean just one time in our 6 day stay. Bed was made up one time, bathroom was not in 6 days. The worst service we have experienced. We had to get clean towels daily from front desk. Management keep promising better service but never delivered. We will never stay there again. We will also let our family & friends how we was treated.

Worst hotel experience ever. One of the front desk attendants was terribly rude and condescending to my daughter in law, we asked for towels and toilet paper multiple times and only got them once. The hotel manager and Brittany were exceptionally kind and tried to make concessions to remedy the poor service. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. I spent almost $800 for two hotel rooms. The manager was allowed to reimburse me only a fraction of that cost and Expedia was unsuccessful in advocating for additional reimbursement as well.
