Wonderful Stay Overall! Our stay was perfect for us — we loved the location, the environment, the perks, and especially the comfy bed. The gentleman who checked us in on October 29 provided superb service, just as warm and professional as when he assisted us earlier this year. He went above and beyond — we requested extra towels, a blanket, and a pillow, and he personally made sure we received them. When we later asked another front desk agent, she said they would be delivered, but they never arrived. Kudos to him for his excellent service! We also didn’t realize housekeeping service was every other day, which would’ve been helpful to know in advance. Additionally, the front desk staff should be more familiar with extensions to other departments. We tried to order dinner, but the staff member wasn’t sure how to connect us — isn’t it called room service for a reason? The housekeeping team could also keep their voices lower when preparing their trolleys in the morning. Since our room was near the elevator, we were woken up a few times. Overall, it was a great birthday celebration, and we’ll definitely return!

My room itself was very clean, but the hallways could use some tidying. Easy to find, there was an airport shuttle but I had airport parking booked so I didn't use it. The person at check-in was very nice. Parking was easy and secure. Overall a good quick overnight since I had an early flight the next morning.
