My cousins and I came to Atlanta for a concert. The hotel was down the street from our venue which was great. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, I will stay again.

This is an excellent hotel! Very impressed with the overall experience. Only downsize is the parking fee of $30 per night. Everything else is 10 out of 10.

All of the staff were so friendly and nice, only a little bit of trouble with the toilet in the room almost coming out of the floor when you sat on it other than that it was a wonderful experience and would definitely be staying there again

Poor maintenance

All though the hotel staff was friendly and it was fairly clean, I can’t recommend it. The mattress was terribly uncomfortable and worn out. The room temperature stayed hot even after we set it for 66! The wallpaper was pealing and the shower enclosure was worn!!

HVAC and plumbing were terrible. Shower temperature could not be controlled and was scalding hot. Couldn’t even shower safely. HVAC was uncontrollable. If you turned on the heat and set at any temperature it blasted heat uncontrollably. We set it at 63 and had to turn it off when it went up to 71. We liked everything else but would question staying here again.
