Great place to stay

Nice place to stay, you do NOT have to use their Valet for parking. There’s a public parking garage directly across the street. The pool area is very nice and spacious. They have 11 floors. They also have a Restaurant on the 3rd floor as well as a Starbucks

They should have more parking available. We had to parked on a public parking facing the hotel and walk from there because hotel's parking was all full.

This is one of my worst hotel experiences. I travel for work. I have seen good bad and worst hotels, this experience ranks the lowest. First and foremost, NO ONE PICKS up the phone at front desk. I called a day before, was on HOLD for 18 minutes, called the day of check in, twice someone pickup the phone and hangs up. I arrive for check in. 3 people behind the counter. Lady busy with her phone, doesn't care for customer waiting to be checked in. One person busy with computer, printer and walks away despite several people in line. Finally I get checked in. The rooms were OK, but the construction noise was awful. my room # was 220, there's a mechanical or boiler room down the hall, I woke up at 5:30AM to banging noise and people talking loudly in the mechanical room for some repairs. Worst experience Ever!!

The hotel room was fine. Most remarkable was the water temperature. It was so incredibly hot - scalding - with no way to turn it cooler.

In my entire life, I have never been to a self proclaimed four star hotel in this level of disrepair. It is in full shambles. I had to switch rooms twice because it smelled of we mold and chlorine from the pool. Got moved to the "renovated" floor which literally is just new carpet which smells heavily of chemicals. The bathroom towels smelled like chemicals so much it burned your nostrils. There was standing water on the tile stairs in the lobby, not wiped and no sign. The rooms feel like retrofitted prison cells. Bathroom ceiling is like 6.5 ft tall and tiny. The entry door is a closet door, very bizarre. To boot, it has a $50 per day valet only! Id expect that at a four seasons but here? Rooms were noisy. Pillows were the absolute worst I've ever encountered. It was like laying in concrete that is almost set. You fall right into it and it compressed so much it hurts your neck and head. I couldn't fall asleep for hours. Most of the hotel staff was friendly and thats the only pro, with exception of one in front desk who didn't bother to talk or smile to anyone. Just ignored them as they stood in front waiting to check in. She couldn't be bothered from her solitaire game or whatever she was doing. Ive been to hostels nicer than here. This is NOT 4 stars. Its a one star hotel and that's being generous. If this was the last hotel in Atlanta, I would opt to stay at the airport or a homeless shelter over this.

The only thing it has going for it is the pool area—A BUDGET hotel with a luxury price tag. The pictures made it feel like I got catfished and I had the city alright- of the roof! Horrible. AND this morning, before check out, I saw a roach! I DO NOT recommend this hotel To anyone.

How is possible no parking? I pay 130 usd but no parking. Interesting. And also ıf you wanna do valet they dont have room ın the parking area.Funny. I pick the hotel for location, ı pay 30 bucks park one day. I can stay in a better hotel with free parking.

Very very uncomfortable place , no parking at the hotel , they charge 50 dollars a day for parking,elevators no upgrades,breakfast buffet really simple, be honest I’m never staying there again
