I love this hotel the staff was very nice. The only thing I wasn’t too clear on was the parking but either than that everything was wonderful and relaxing. I also was hoping for a higher floor.

Everything was A+. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the bar and the food was excellent, the atmosphere was relaxing and fun. Everyone was very respectful, so great customer service. My only negative was not being able to use the room refrigerator without being charged. The frig was already stocked but there was a price for each drink, snack and usage. That seemed cheap to me. Considering how much we are paying for the room, parking and services, at least let the customer use the room refrigerator. Loved the stay though, had fun.
