Never staying there again

They decided to block the main entrance to paint the walkway at 3 pm in the afternoon during check in time. The handicap ramp was closed due to them painting and they wanted to wheel my 10 year old daughter wheelchair all the way around the block bad customer service charge me for parking when handicap parking is free. Disappointing stay.

Great place

I had a conference to attend in a nearby hotel. This Hyatt was way cheaper and very clean. I liked my day; the breakfast was good and the room was great. Definitely recommend it

The breakfast was fantastic and they even held our luggage for us after check out. Hyatt Place made our trip easy and convenient with nothing flashy. I would stay at a Hyatt Place again after this experience.

Adequate Stay

The room was clean, but the bathroom was so small it was difficult to do anything from using the toilet to taking a shower. The breakfast buffet was decent. The bar shown in the pictures is not the lobby bar on site. It was actually in a small corner by the front desk and we ordered drinks three times and they were out of everything so we just went next door. The staff were all nice. Nothing was really bad, but not really good either.

Fantastic stay! Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience. The only downside was that the bethroom was very tiny. The beds were very comfortable. My room came with a large couch. The room was clean and quiet. The location is wonderful- don’t forget to check out Folk Art Park. The parking was secure and cheaper than other hotels. The staff was really friendly, especially one of the security guards. The breakfast was great!
