The hotel is beautiful, the food amazing and was super convenient for our show at the Fox. But the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor due to lack of rubber gasket on the bottom of glass door. The sink faucet was not secure and turns almost completely around. The bathroom floor tiles, when you step on them, feel and sound as if they are going to pop off the floor.The stopper in the sink does not work, but at least the beds are comfortable. The hotel did offer to send maintenance up to fix or change us to another room, but we were checking out the next morning. They are giving a credit.

This is a very old hotel hotel. It’s still very nice and popular but they do need to do a lot of upgrades to the rooms especially with new technology. No isb ports in the rooms and the apartments have worn furniture and appliances.

Georgian Terrace is a great stay

We didn’t spend much time in the hotel but checking in and out was efficient, staff was very friendly and accommodations were excellent. The perfect place to stay for an event at the Fox Theater.

Staff is amazing! The room was not clean, specifically the bathroom. There were some reminders of guest gone past. The mattress was well used and tme for replacement. To be fair we stayed one night and had zero time in schedule for theatrics.

Not my first choice

Upon arrival, I was not greeted or acknowledged at the front desk. I planned on paying the early check in fee but decided to wait the 2 hours until check in time. Staff in the hotel doesn’t smile or interact with guests. Finally, Towanda, whom I assume was a manager spoke to me and got me checked in after one hour of sitting in the lobby of the hotel.

Overall good experience but we were supposed to have fruit upon our arrival as a surprise for my daughter and it wasn’t. I had to call to get it sent up, ruining the surprise. I mentioned it to the staff upon check out and she said they would fix that on our bill and send us a new bill. I got a new bill with no changes.
