Free breakfast? Didn’t know about that, but highly recommend the chicken & waffle room service menu! Valets were so courteous, front desk super helpful, and everyone was so polite—except one bartender. He knows who he is. The building is absolutely gorgeous, and if you are in the area this is the one to see. It as a block and a half away from my conference hall, and closer still to the MARTA. You could hear that throughout the night in the 5th floor, but a sound machine helped enormously. Luxurious walk-in shower, comfy bed and the *best* in-room cappuccino maker I’ve ever seen.

The hotel was beautiful, and I loved the size of our suite and the convenient location. The doorman provided excellent customer service and even shared some interesting history about the hotel, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were not friendly or welcoming, and the issues I reported were never resolved. I was also charged for valet parking for two vehicles, which was supposed to be corrected but never was. Because of these experiences, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Watch the steps leaving the hotel. After the doorman reminding me to be careful coming down the stairs (Why? Because maybe this has happened before), me foot turned on the curve of the step and down I went on all fours. Fractured my ankle and sprained my wrist. So, just be careful on those steps. Other than that, the hotel met our needs.

We arrived at the Candler from London, UK on 19th October, the day after our wedding - this was our honeymoon and the staff at the Candler went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of special. We were upgraded to a suite on the 15th floor and the room was absolutely incredible. We had a cleaner daily who was also very lovely. We had breakfast in the restaurant every morning and the food was very good. We will definitely be back, set it a great location a 10minute walk from the the Coca Cola HQ and the aquarium, it felt very safe with lots of accessible entities.
