Highly recommend!!!

Quick overnight, concert, downtown stay. Would highly recommend and encourage you to purchase the breakfast in advance. Absolutely top notch way to begin the morning. Staff was excellent fast and very helpful.

The front desk staff at check in was very rude and condescending. They tried to charge me an extra $1200 saying I didn’t pay for my stay and tried to argue that it wasn’t paid for. It wasn’t until I showed the Expedia confirmation that they believed me. There was no information as to where anything was or where to find the included breakfast. Prior to finding the Expedia reservation, the man also offered my choice of a room with a king bed and roll away bed for my older child (extra fee for the rollaway bed) or a room with 2 double beds for the same price. I asked for the king with the extra charge for the rollaway bed; upon finding out I booked through Expedia and would not be paying extra fees that they charge, he said I wasn’t eligible for the king bed room as I wasn’t paying hotel prices. I also called ahead of time to ask that a crib be in the room for my baby as we would be arriving late and she needed to go to bed. Not only was the crib not there, but then I had to call and wait 2 hours for the crib to be brought up. Lastly, the key card was not working in the elevator to get to our floor so for 10 minutes we were trapped in the elevators as the only way to use the elevator was to scan your key card. It wasn’t until we pushed the button for help that someone helped us.

I would definitely stay here again. Only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom was the kinda small and outdated. Other than that it’s a good hotel & close to everything. Staff was really friendly. And it’s a 10-15 min walk to the arena & stadium.

Justin at the front desk was awesome & gave great customer service. He also gave great suggestions for dining and for breakfast. The bartender Huebert was awesome and drinks were delicious. Housekeeping was efficient and respectful. The other staff members were good as well. The rooms were nice & clean. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Great Hotel

Our stay was great. everyone we encountered with was nice. excellent customer service. The room service young lady that came on Friday and the young man that came on Saturday was great. The valet guys were great. we had one problem in which will not take away from the excellent service. The ice machine was not working the three days that we stayed. Otherwise please keep up the god work!!!
