The water dispenser wasn’t working on my floor, the water came out warm. One of the beds in my room kept lighting up like the sensor as if someone was walking around, so I had to cover the edge of the bed with pillows to cover the light to be able to sleep. The staff was great but the actual hotel was okay. I walked barefoot for a few mins on the floor and it was so sticky. Had to stick to my flip flops. I don’t know what’s going on there. Just looking at it was great but actually using the room and so on not so much.

Weird place . Tremendously potential but its just not a great spot. The front desk ladies were friendly, no problem there. The TV use is very difficult and nobody warned me befire i went up to my room. Your front desk had not offered any instructions to me at that you have a log into the WiFi and the very odd TV arrangement that requires you to "screencast" , but just try and figure it out. I spent 45 minutes on it at eleven o'clock at night, trying to figure it out and try to keep it connected. Here is the real kicker: once i finally gave up on watching some TV i turned it off and went to bed...but the TV login screen kept coming back on! I had to try to make it stop coming back on several times at night. I finally unplugged it from behind the screen. Now......When I went downstairs in the morning latte, the very unfriendly guy said that I'm not allowed to charge food or drinks from the hotel lobby to my room. What?  I said "how is that even possible that I'm staying at the hard rock hotel and getting the coffee from their bar and I'm not allowed to charge it to my room?" . That is flat out bad
