My stay was amazing the hotel has a great vibe when you first walk in the aesthetics of the building is amazing. My fav. was the Mixologist Angelie you have to check her out i swear she won't disappoint at all !!!! Definitely coming back again.

Upon check-in, only one washcloth was provided in the room , two were needed. On the second day, after housekeeping had cleaned the room, I called the front desk to request two additional washcloths. However, they were never delivered.

Disappointed is an understatement

I booked my trip and I had booked it at 11:59 which I understand I should have double checked the dates thinking it was for the next day Sunday and when I got there it was booked for Saturday . They were so rude and unfriendly and looked at me dead in the face and said “well we aren’t refunding you you will have to buy another room at 9pm at night wanting me to fork out another 250 + . The receptionist “key” was not professional or even understanding that it was a simple mistake that I wasn’t there obviously that night and help me even a little. The simple fact that someone can just not care for another person’s situation and just make me go find another hotel at 9 pm at night because I can’t pay another 250 was enough for me to give this hotel a 0 stars. No company ever survives when they are not genuine to their customers. I’m sure the hotel will do well because the design is cool but definitely not impressed with how I was treated ..

Every staff person was friendly and warm. Every. Single. One. Check-in and check-out was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing missing from this hotel was a fridge. Other than that, we can’t wait for our next stay! The beds were comfy, the bathroom was clean and spacious. Very accommodating.
