Made reservation a month ahead. When we got there we were told our room was not ready. Check in was at 4:00 pm. Was told the room we reserved was not available and was moved to a different room on a lower floor. Was not able to get that room until 5:00. Not to mention the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional about the whole thing. Never staying there again. Too many other nice places with courteous and professional staff.

Stayed here to attend an Atlanta Braves game. Very walkable to the stadium. Nice facility.

Our room was not ready at 4pm, we had to stay in a room with one bed-though we booked a double room bc we have two children. They said they were oversold due to the baseball game

Great hotel for Braves games

The hotel was excellent for its location. We went to a concert one night and a Braves baseball game the next night and could walk to both venues. The hotel is very nice but showing it’s 40+ years of age. The toilets are very low to the ground even lower than a standard residential toilet. The water pressure in the tub/shower is also low which brings down the overall rating. For a two or three night stay, the hotel will work. I recommend it be updated to work for seniors.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Braves stadium, making it so convenient to catch a game. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the amenities were top-notch. The room was spacious and clean, providing a great place to relax after a fun day. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy a game day experience! Five stars all the way!

I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay! The staff was very professional, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Safe (day and night) walking distance from The Battery and Truist Park. We have found our favorite place to stay!
