This hotel was gorgeous!! I loved the courtyard feel of the inside of the hotel with all the trellises on each floor and the lighted elevators. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. My friend and I went up to the rooftop bar for a drink and caught the sunset over the city. Wow! I would definitely stay here if I was in Atlanta again!

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta. From check-in to check-out, the experience was smooth and professional. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help, which made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with modern amenities and a great view. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere—it was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was well-maintained throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is another major highlight. It’s centrally located, making it easy to access dining, shopping, and nearby attractions. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, it’s a very convenient spot. I was disappointed with the deluxe room with balcony. They put us on the second floor. The view from the balcony was one of construction and a covered pool no Atlanta Skyline. I paid almost 700. For a less than average hotel room. When I spoke to the hotel desk they reminded me that I had went through a third party (Expedia). They told me they couldn’t put anywhere else because a game that was going on.
