airport shuttle never made a pickup at airport In waited from 1140pm until 1205 am on friday morning. Ended up taking another shuttle and had to pay. spoke to front desk and they were not helpful. We had a lot of family staying at this hotel and was very disappointed. My daughter in room 631 had food in her sheet the first night dirty towels dirty toilet bowl . Spoke to front desk many times... this was a terrible experience. The back door was not locked we came back and walked straight in not having to use the room key. I am a IHG member and am very disappointed at this experience.
