I had a fantastic stay! The customer service was OUTSTANDING. Every staff member was warm and attentive. The free shuttle to and from the airport is a great way. The room was spotless and very comfortable. It’s clear the team takes great pride in providing a top-quality experience. I’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it!

The bed was uncomfortable and very noisy — it made it difficult for two people to sleep. Any movement caused loud creaking, which constantly disturbed the other person. Additionally, the alarm clock went off at 5 AM and we couldn’t turn it off, which made it even harder to rest. We informed the reception, but they only said “sorry” and didn’t take any action to resolve the issue.

Wow, what a great stay. The staff was great. Very good customer service. The room was excellent, large, clean and comfortable. The bathroom very well kept. The breakfast was perfect and the person attending was very nice. This is a really nice, clean hotel. I look forward to staying here again.
