The stay was great, and the employees were wonderful, along with other guests. The new GM is updating and cleaning the place up. LOOKS GREAT Only 3 downfalls: 1 - The WIFI & cable were not that great, I do understand one up-grade at a time. 2 - The toilet is small and very close to the ground. YES, I WILL BE A RETURN GUEST

What happened?

I’ve stayed here before and have had no issues. This trip was different. Dirty sheets,the gentleman who checked me in stating we were in since we had no car he put us in the same building as his but didn’t he put us in the opposite building. On Wednesday afternoon there was what sounded like drilling and when I looked I was met with a cable technician doing who knows what. The rooms and property itself need a refab. Oh and our batteries were almost dead in the remote and I found push pins in our curtains. We are looking for a different hotel when we go back in November

Stayed two nights for our Disney trip and was pleasantly surprised with the property. We’ve stayed at a few Motel 6’s, and they’ve all been somewhat of a horror story, but not this one! Room was very clean, the staff was very kind and accommodating when checking in/out and the place was very quite. Will be staying here for future trips!

I didn't like that I was told at check in that it was a $60 parking fee, on top of the room. It should have been mentioned before, on included in the price listed on here.

Got 3 rooms, one room had dry food on pillow case and bed sheet. Customer service/front desk (name Jennifer) was horrible, nasty attitude, not friendly or welcoming. Had to call customer service due to an overcharge and hotel.com told me had to contact hotel itself cause it didn’t show them what the charges was for, huge waste of time, I now see where Jennifer got her training, customer service was useless and said they will just send me a bill detail to which I still have not received.

My Room was very Spacious, had a Refrigerator, the Property accepted my Cat, and ample parking was available close to the Room. We stayed for a week. Thst specific Property had an Excellent Staff with Exceptional Customer Service Skills!! A Big treat for me was the ability to buy Food there, in the 24 hour Office Area!!. PLUS it also had 2 MICROWAVES! It was an AWESOME EXPERIENCE for my Cat and I!! 🤗HIGHLY RECOMMENED!!🤗

The motel is very nifty charging $ 23.00 daily parking first motel in my live. Room serve not in there custom every day was requested but newer came I picked up towels got read of trash, hallway extra large trash can was over flowing, bathroom sink was plugged up, toilet and bath tub valves head dripping was difficult to sleep, the hotel is a crape place, I have better memories from motel 6, would not recommended even to my enemies. These site is taking advantage of close by Disney Land shame of them.Do not book them.
