First off there is a parking fee that we were surprised by upon arrival, our room door looked as if already broken into, pd was outside approaching a man who apparently is a repeat offender for breaking in tourist vehicles. We stayed about 40 minutes and check out.

I always stay here when i go to disneyland with my kids and this time wifi was not available on my side of the hotel, staff didnt clean my room when we were at disneyland and had to have wet towels around during my stay and had to go to front desk to get toiletries and towels so we can shower the second night. Had to discard my trash that i properly had conveniently placed near door to make hotel staff job easier if they had cleaned my room while we were at disneyland and to find a trash bin was inconvenient since we were exhausted. In march i gave a 5 star review because all these issues were never an issue till this trip. I will not stay here again due to these issues, i love motel6 but if this is their new policy in an area where they should excel due to disneyland, they are in desperate need of new management since employee at the front desk said this is their policy now.... its best to spend an extra 50 bucks more at another hotel that offers all the issues i stated plus free continental breakfast that motel 6 doesnt provide. If they change their policy or change management i will consider to go back but will not return here in april, i will go elsewhere where the customer is treated as a customer.

It was an ok stay. They now charge for parking and that’s on me, I should’ve checked. They don’t offer blowdryers which also I should’ve checked but I guess since all places now have a small one I just figured they did too. It also states that they clean your room every day, they don’t. It’s every 2 days.

The staff was great! The only thing that i had a problem with was the AC, looked like the filter needed some cleaning and the room was very muggy. The room I stayed at was a double room that had a door connect to the other room and it qas vwry loud, you can hear everything. I did travel with my 3 children. Overall, the stay was still pleasant, shower, beds and refrigerator were great no problem. Thank you!

We’ve stayed here many years and it will be the last years and it will probably be the last time. The entire floor smelled of weed, we only received two towels and half a roll of toilet paper when we checked in. The next day, we asked housekeeping if we could get another roll of toilet paper, and we were told it was not our housekeeping day. We stayed five nights and I had to ask for new hotels under our fourth night as well as more toilet paper. Housekeeping was very rude.

Our shower broke & it took 2 days for maintenance to come out only to tell us it was not repairable. We had to move to another room…and that room was worst than the 1st. Air conditioner barely worked. Air conditioning screen wa broken so metal was sticking out. Definitely a safety hazard. Trash in corridors was over flowing & the property in general smelled like dog poop. Will Never stay here & would never recommend.
