My stay here was overall pleasant. Staff was nice and attentive to any questions that I had. It's convenient because it's about a 10-minute walk to the FREE shuttles in the Toy Story Parking Lot right across the street from the Cheesecake Factory. The shuttle is called the "Toy Story Line" (Bus 20). It'll take you right to the Disney Parks. They operate pretty much ALL day from 7am to midnight. Would stay again especially for a budget traveler like myself. :-)

Not enough towels or wash cloths in room. Other than that, staff was great, location was great, parking was great. The one thing I didn’t like was someone didn’t clean up dog poop on property. People are rude! Almost stepped in it. This was not the hotels fault.

Absolutely horrid. We figured a motel 6 in Anaheim couldn’t be that bad. We were absolutely so wrong. The hotel smelled of cigarettes the hotel room was extremely uncomfortable and the bathrooms were disturbing it was like a bad hospital bathroom. Not suitable to stay with children. We could not bare staying there and left after checking out. Extremely disappointing.

The staff was very helpful. However we stayed on the 4th floor and the ice machine did not work for the whole time we were there for our 3 night stay. The floor outside the 4th floor elevator was filthy. Other than that I was very impressed with the hotel. Motel 6's have a bad reputation but this one was very impressive and classy.

The lighting was limited especially in the bathroom. The bathroom could be a little cleaner, but overall it was great stay that’s affordable and conveniently in walking distance of all the entertainment and stores.

We have been staying at this hotel for the past 5 years on our mini Disney trips, but it is not how it used to be. It’s filthy regardless of asking them to mop and sweep. The hot tub broke down on day two. TV (Dish) would sometimes work. We asked for extra towels and were told they didn’t have any extra clean ones, but would leave some in our room; that never happened. It’s run down, and now they have started to charge for parking when they didn’t charge before. Parking lot lights aren't working, and it's really dark and creepy, not safe to go alone. Room keys kept getting disconnected, and we had to return for new ones. Please stay away from this place, it’s not what it used to be.
