Great price and very close to Disneyland
Check in was weird, I was only 30 minutes early but had to wait until 3 pm to check in. Luckily I was the only one, due to they only had 2 chairs in the lobby to wait. I'm not sure but it could have been due to I needed a disability room and it was getting cleaned. I had my 6 year old granddaughter with me and she wanted to go swimming. Sadly the hot tub was extremely dirty with dirt sitting and covering most of the bottom. The pool was fine and we were able to enjoy it, remember to bring your towel due to none will be out there for you. The room was great for the price and very spacious for our 3 nights we stayed, bed was comfortable and the amenities offered were nice. Tip: if your coming from Disneyland at the end of the night, double check with the front desk that your key will open the door. While I was waiting to check in several parties advised their key wasn't working. On our first night back from the park, and tired of walking I didn't appreciate having to walk back to the lobby to have them reset my key with a tired child. After that night I automatically had them reset my key each night before walking all they way to the back of the hotel to confirm if it worked. I liked that the Toy Story parking lot was only 1 block away and able to walk onto their lot to catch the ART bus to get into the park for free. Saved me a couple of bucks and then to deal with the bus route. I have stayed here one time prior and that trip was good too. Great price and no issues

I spoke to someone named Leo or Leon, and they asked for my card information over the phone. I booked through Expedia, but they are supposed to charge once you get there. I NEVER talked to these people, and they were going to charge my card a day. I did not end up staying at the hotel and I asked for a refund and he hung up on me. Very rude and disrespectful. I had to dispute the charge with my bank and now I have to wait because of them to be refunded back almost $200! I wouldn’t recommend and I had to get queens inn blocked from being able to make any transactions on my card

It’s priced cheap for a reason. We ended up arriving a day early and our hotel reservations were made for a different place (didn’t have a room available) , stayed here 1 night for the convenience (location) but the worst sleep/rest ever. It was so noisy, the walls are paper thin and the people up stairs sounded like they were stomping all night. The TV was not working through the building for the night we stayed 7/15/24, so nothing to block the noise. Glad we only stayed 1 night of our week trip.

My daughter and I stayed there and there was a strand of hair in the bed a hole in the wall. There was a knock at either our door or the people next door in the middle of the night. The room smelled and the pool was so small that it wasn’t even 5 feet long. I think the hot tub is bigger.
