This was a literal nightmare! The room was filled with an overwhelming cigarette smell, like standing in an ashtray. The small fridge inside was dirty, and the bathroom was disgusting. The walls and door were dirty, the floor was rotting, and the sink vanity was peeling. There was no toilet paper holder, and the toilet and bathtub backed up, so I couldn’t use the shower or the toilet. There was no hot water, no iron, no blow dryer, and no remote control for the TVs. The couch looked like it had just been taken off the street and placed in the room. I called Expedia to get a refund, but they informed me that the hotel denied my request. I went to the front desk to ask why I couldn’t get a refund, and they said they didn’t do that. The front desk person was unwilling to help me. I told him I could have slept in my car for free and had the same amenities that this hotel offered. He then suggested that I could move to a different room. I agreed, but he gave me a smaller room that was even worse than the first one, if that’s possible. That room also smelled of cigarettes, there was no table to put anything on. There was black mold all around the tub, and that toilet also backed up, and there was no hot water, thank goodness I only had to stay there one night. I didn’t sleep because it was the worst night of my entire 56 years.

The staff was rude at check-in and check out. They were on the phone both times and brushed me off when I had questions about the $50 deposit they charged my card. They told me it would get refunded but it didn’t!! The room was AWEFUL!!! The bedding had cigaret holes on it. The bathroom curtain had mold and walls where half painted and half not. THERE WAS NO REMOTE FOR THE TV. When I went downstairs to let them know- had to walk because there is no phone in the room- the guy was very rude and told that there’s was and if I can’t find one it’s because I lost it. The room had a smell that made me think it wasn’t clean. I ended up going to Target down the street and buying pillows and bedding to sleep on. I HAVE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING WRONG IN THE ROOM.

The cleanliness was questionable. We found a dirty towel with a black stain in one of the drawers. There were stains all over the sheets . And the smell in there was very bad. We didn’t even stay the night there we slept in the car instead. We checked out after 2 hours of being there.

Staff were super nice, felt pretty safe, room was spacious but could really use some cleaning as I was traveling with a toddler and crawling baby floor was super dirty and trash wasn’t picked up from previous stay.
