Room could have been cleaner, toenail cuttings on carpet, and a septic smell coming from the basin in the bathroom. Cleaners left the plug in to mask the problem. Great staff and good location.

There was a septic smell in the bathroom, which was poorly lit. Broken light switches AC unit tripped the circuit breaker. The bed was like a rock. The couch was stained and ripped. Good location.

Convenient to East End shopping and dining. No parking available at hotel. We chose not to overnight park on street and risk damage to car, so had to park in U Park several blocks away at $50 overnight! Extra expense we didnt count on:(

Good location & quiet. Rooms were average & need up grading. Paint is chipped, couches in room were stained, bathrooom smelt. Bed was comfy & sheets were clean.
