Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to add your comments, we do value and appreciate all guest feedback. It would be most helpful if we could know which room you stayed so we can attend and repair the problems you experienced. I will also investigate as to why your room wasn't ready till 4pm. We do try and have all rooms ready as soon as we possibly can. However, due to your anonymous feedback I am unable see why this was the case on your arrival day.
