Worst experience ever!!! Couldn't believe the way I was treated the customer service was discussing and couldn't believe how rude the manager was. He went out his way to make it a horrible experience.

Check in was easy and was greeted with great customer service, however the car park was disgusting and also the state of the hallway and rooms (bathroom) was very disappointing. Also, Our room hadn’t been finished being clean, we arrived to the kitchen bench with dishes all over it that still needed to be put away and the oven wide open with shelving and trays out. Rubbish on the floor too.

Nice hotel but unfortunately no one told us on booking that the facilities would be closed still even though covid restrictions had been lifted. This was the reason we booked, to use the spa etc. So was a waste for us.

They took a booking for wheelchair access when it clearly isn’t accessible, I couldn’t even get in the bathroom without forcing my chair thru the doorway which ruined the gips on my wheels!

The staff are all excellent The hotel looks as it’s close to needing a refit The disappointing thing was that the government has done a deal with the hotel to house homeless Which made for a bad environment and police were constantly at the hotel dealing with them

The condition of the bathroom tiles. The grout is very grubby and unclean looking which makes it quite disgusting to look at and use. Good money spent for a room with a grubby bathroom. Not impressed. I wouldn't expect it in such a high end establishment. Looks more like a cheap and nasty motel.
