The condition of the bathroom tiles. The grout is very grubby and unclean looking which makes it quite disgusting to look at and use. Good money spent for a room with a grubby bathroom. Not impressed. I wouldn't expect it in such a high end establishment. Looks more like a cheap and nasty motel.

The staff were welcoming on our arrival, and couldn't do enough to help us settle in. The room was clean and well presented. We couldn't use the car park as it was full, that was the only issue.

ABSOLUTLEY BRILLIANT, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING , FRIENDLY STAFF, VERY CLEAN AND SPACIOUS ROOMS, EXCELLENT POOL, SPA AND SAUNA ALSO GREAT GYM. NOTHING I CAN SAY I DIDNT LIKE IF ANYTHING IT WOULD BE MORE CAR PARKING SPACES

The room was very disappointing, not well designed and the balcony facing onto a brick wall. Given the lack of some of the basic amenities, not kettle being one I would guess this was a seldom used room. The hotel advertises full kitchen facilities, which is misleading. Yes the appliances were there but no ability to use these, ie the oven lacked any oven tray or oven dishes. The microwave likewise had no suitable dishes or even paper towels to cover any items put on a plate in the oven. There was a draining tray for dishes but absolutely no space for on the bench to put this, the same for the kettle and toaster which we had to use on the floor in the lounge on the only available power point. The kitchen had one only and that was positioned behind the microwave. The amount of plates provided was unequal with 4 dinner plates but only one cereal bowl to share between two. Probably one of the more basic design faults was that the toilet seat would not stay up, making it difficult for my husband to use, having to hold it up with one hand. All these issues were notified to the front desk, they did provide us with a kettle and another cereal bowl, as well as 2 more dinner plates not request making the total now 6. In the end I went out and brought my own oven tray. The toilet set for the whole of or 3night stay remained unfixed. The last straw was in asking for replacement towels being left with just the one to share between us.
