Have stayed here many times and was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room this stay. Obvious stains on bedroom carpet & curtains in lounge, mould in grout in shower, cobwebs on windows over doors. Have always rated this place 10/10 for cleanliness until now.

Having access to a 3 bedroom apartment based right in the CBD was a great thing. Easy access to walk to all shops, cafes, restaurants and transport. It would be have been good to have a fan in the 3rd bedroom to help circulate the air without the need to open the window to get air but noise also. There was a card that said "Make yourself at home - we'll make the bed" on one side and on the other that said "It is our pleasure to make your bed every day". Our beds were not made once throughout our 3 night stay so I don't know why you would put that card on each bed if you are not going to actually make the beds. Staff were friendly and helpful and would definitely look to stay here again.
