The location's really handy to everything, we love that the tram to the east parklands stops right in front. The room was small and quite basic, although appeared to have been recently refurbished. This is our second stay, both times on the March long weekend so it was busy due to Fringe and WOMAD and this still offered good value. Both times the beds were super hard and the pillows very well used and thin.

Nicely furnished, comfortable & quiet room with openable windows onto north terrace. Only negative is that this part of north Terrace has a lot of drunk people late at night on the weekends.

the room that we got was ok but the noise from outside was so loud I only got 3 hours sleep the first night to the staff credit they moved us to another room.

Room was quite small which was unexpected. The bed was very firm and the two pillows provided were out of shape and lumpy.
